The catalogue features 84 horses in and out of training, 6 point-to-pointers, 3 stores and 3 yearlings. Drafts from Willie Mullins’ Closutton Stables are a popular feature of Tattersalls Online sales and the dual Champion Trainer offers a quartet of quality performers in this month’s edition which includes the Grade 2 Killashee Handicap Hurdle winner BIALYSTOK. The seven-year-old son of ZOFFANY boasts an impressive career to date having placed second over hurdles at Grade 3 level and previously finished fourth in the Grade 1 Royal Bond Novice Hurdle. He is being offered with a current IHRB hurdle rating of 140. Also featuring from Closutton Stables is recent Grade 3 Scottish Grand National runner-up KLARC KENT. The highly rated son of SPANISH MOON also previously finished fourth in the Scottish showpiece last year. Black type performer GLENGOULY is another high-class offering in the draft who finished second in the Grade 3 Thyestes Handicap Chase and is offered with a current IHRB chase rating of 139. Completing the quartet is promising hurdle and chase winner AIME DESJY who boasts a current IHRB chase rating of 133. The Tattersalls Online May Sale also features a host of high-class flat performers including the Group 3 Horris Hill Stakes winner ORNE from John and Thady Gosden’s Clarehaven Stables. The son of ACCLAMATION also finished second in the Group 2 Sandy Lane Stakes at Haydock behind subsequent Group 1 Commonwealth Cup winner INISHERIN, with Champion two-year-old VANDEEK in third place. ORNE has featured in some of the world’s most prestigious meetings including when runner-up in the Al Rayyan Mile at Doha in Qatar and boasts a current Timeform rating of 100. Another classy entry sure to garner plenty of interest is the 104 Timeform-rated DESTRUCTIVE. Bringing French flavour to the catalogue, Mathieu Brasme makes his Tattersalls Online debut with promising three-year-old colt SESTINI. The son of TERRITORIES was a dominant winner of a 2500m contest at Nort-Sur-Edre on his most recent start where he defeated his rivals by a 4-length margin. Elsewhere, Tim Donworth offers well-bred three-year-old filly ALEGRIA MIA on behalf of Ms Kirsten Rausing. A highlight of the six point-to-point entries is exciting four-year-old gelding THEREYARE. Consigned by Jamie Codd’s Churchland Stud, the son of JET AWAY finished second on debut at Ballysteen last weekend and is from the family of BIG BAD BOB and ELUSIVE PIMPERNEL.
