33 Initial Entries for Tattersalls Online Breeze Up Session 

Initial entries for the Tattersalls Online Breeze Up Session have been published and can be viewed at www.tattersallsonline.com. The session features 33 two-year-olds for the breeze up which will commence at 10:30am at Dundalk Stadium on Wednesday 28^th May with the lots being offered in the Online June Sale on 4^th – 5^th June. 

The third renewal of the Online Breeze Up Session is again open to spectators and will be broadcast via live stream on the Tattersalls and Tattersalls Online websites, Facebook pages and on the Tattersalls Youtube channel. The breeze footage and timings will be published on the Tattersalls Online website following the breeze.

Tattersalls Online Breeze Up graduates have enjoyed success both domestically and internationally with runners in Britain, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Top performers are led by €120,000 Irish EBF Auction Race Series Final winner FIONA MACCOUL who was sold by Beresford Stables for 27,000 guineas to Jack Cantillon last year. Fellow winners include APPLE’S ANGEL, EASILY CONVINCED and ONE FOR HARVEY. Meanwhile in Italy, IMPRESSIVE ROYAL and KROAZIA have both been victorious after being secured from the session by bloodstock agent Valfredo Valiani. 

Highlights of the well-related lots catalogued include the COTAI GLORY filly who is a half-sister to the Group 2 placed BIG BOOTS, the ARDAD filly out of Listed winner MAREMMADIAVOLA and the SUPREMACY filly out of a half-sister to Group 2 winner SILK SARI. They will be joined by the MOHAATHER colt out of a half-sister to Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint winner BELVOIR BAY, the filly by Grade 1 producing American stallion MACLEAN’S MUSIC who is a half-sister to Stakes placed MISS BETSY and the STARSPANGLEDBANNER filly out of a half-sister to Group 2 Adelaide Cup winner MUIR (formerly JOHANN ZOFANNY).

There are 21 individual sires represented in the sale including proven Group/Grade 1 producers ARDAD, AWTAAD, COTAI GLORY, COULSTY, ELZAAM, GALILEO GOLD, KAMEKO, MACLEAN’S MUSIC, SAXON WARRIOR and STARSPANGLEDBANNER. Exciting young sires represented in the catalogue include A’ALI, KODI BEAR, MOHAATHER, NANDO PARRADO, SUPREMACY, UBETTABELIEVEIT, WITHOUT PAROLE and leading first crop sire STARMAN, already the sire of six winners highlighted by Group 3 Fillies Sprint Stakes winner LADY IMAN. 

The innovative concept has been strongly supported by 27 leading breeze up consignors including Ardglas Stables, Ballycullen Stables, Browne Brothers Bloodstock, Bushypark Stables, C.A.J. Stables, Craig O’Neill Bloodstock, DNA Equine, Foxley Stables, Gary Bloodstock, GS Bloodstock, Hyde Park Stud, Kilbrew Stables, Kildallan Farm, Leamore Horses, M.C.
